September 15, 2006, Newsletter Issue #128: What to Look for in a Golf Shoe

Tip of the Week

One of the first things that will attract you to a new golf shoe is the design and color. golf shoes have to feel comfortable as well as look good on your feet. There are some other things to look for, too.

For instance, how secure are the spikes? And don't forget the weather factors. How will your shoes hold up against those challenges? With these thoughts in mind, look for shoes that not only look good but are longlasting and weatherproof as well as comfortable. There are many brands to choose from, including Ecco, Nike, Adidas, Footjoy, Etonic, Tehama, Oakley, and Grip. If cost is uppermost, you can find lots of shoes in the $100 or lower price range.
